Afritada For Dinner

It’s 6:10PM and surprisingly, dinner is ready. Usually, I start cooking  at 7PM because that’s the time hubby usually leaves office. But this afternoon, he left a message that he’d be home early. So I needed to rush.

For tonight, I cooked Chicken Afritada. This is the first time I cooked Afritada with complete vegetables (I think red and green bell peppers are optional).

Pardon the presentation and the photo. It’s my first time to try my hand at food photography. Hehe.

Hmmm… yum! Love the colors! 🙂
